camp employment in the Texas Hill Country.
The positions available here
involve anything and everything that
you like to do. Please take time to read the notes
on the following pages and complete the application. Let us
know your strengths and skills so that we may match them with our needs.
All types of positions are available. Camp
Stewart is like a small city during the summer. Personnel to fill all positions required to support
the activities of Camp are hired each summer. You will live on camp and be paid
as well as provided room and board and camp clothing.
The dining hall requires all the same
personnel as a large restaurant. Positions include dishwashers, pot scrubbers, bakers,
prep cooks, head waiters and dining hall managers.
You can imagine the sports, camp craft,
ceramics, riflery, archery, waterfront, rock climbing, hiking, nature, and horseback
staff that is needed. Now think of other areas that might interest children
from 6 to 16. If you are interested we are interested.
I will make every effort to
find the perfect summer job for you. I can arrange work visas and other necessary
documents. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call
or e mail. You are always welcome to visit our camps.
We offer several opportunities
to get acquainted with
the old staff including Alumni functions and retreats. If you are interested in attending please e-mail and let me know.
